I ate this for breakfast yesterday morning, had it again for lunch… and can just about guarantee that i'll be enjoying it again today.

Ingredients | Dairy Free Butter Chicken⅓ cup margarine1 ½ cups oat milk1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup all-purpose flour2 eggs¼ cup wheat germ2 tablespoons maple syrup1 teaspoon vanilla extractDirectionsCut up margarine into oat milk and heat in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds. Stir until margarine is melted.Pour oat milk mixture into a blender; add whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, eggs, wheat germ, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined.Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. Pour 1/5 of the batter onto the hot iron. Cook until waffle is golden brown and the iron stops steaming, about 5 minutes.
